I spent two weeks building this: a financial model sourced to audited documents, a block-by-block walking analysis of the corridor, and a page for every organization that matters to this decision — each with a targeted argument and questions only an insider could answer. Fifty-plus stakeholder pages.

What I can't do is walk into these rooms. I don't have sustained relationships with City Hall, the convention center world, or most of the civic organizations on this list. I built the instrument.
